Climate Reality Leadership Corps Training is the first-ever in-person climate leadership training hosted by The Climate Reality Project in Singapore. Founded by former US Vice President Al Gore, the nonprofit organization will bring together participants from across Southeast Asia for an immersive two-day program designed to deepen understanding of the climate crisis and equip leaders with the tools to drive meaningful change in their communities.

Participants will hear directly from Vice President Al Gore on the climate challenges facing Southeast Asia, learn from renowned thought leaders, scientists, and experts, and join a powerful network of 4.5 million world changers from 196 countries. The training explores critical themes including the climate crisis and its solutions, accelerating the just energy transition, mobilizing finance for climate action, strengthening regional cooperation, and building a culture of climate action. Confirmed speakers include Lian Pin Koh (Vice President of Sustainability at NUS) and Renzo Guinto (Associate Professor at SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute).
