CONTEST GUIDELINES

(A) Criteria

Suntec Singapore Selfie Contest requires participants to

1. Come to the main entrance of Suntec Singapore (The Big Picture)

2. Follow Suntec Singapore’s Instagram - @suntecsingapore

3. Spot and take selfie with the Roaring Tiger on the big screen (The Big Picture)

4. Post selfie on your Instagram Story and tag @suntecsingapore hashtag #suntecifoundit. You must set your profile to public.

10 lucky winners will be selected from Suntec Singapore Selfie contest based on the criteria stated below to win the limited edition Suntec Tiger Plushies. This contest is organised by Suntec Singapore and by entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and Suntec Singapore.

(B) Eligibility

1. This contest is open to persons who meet the eligibility requirements set by Instagram's Terms of Use.

2. Only one entry per Instagram account is allowed, duplicate entries will be considered void and will be subject to disqualification.

3. Employees of Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre are not eligible.

4. Submission past the end date and time will not be eligible for the prize.

5. Suntec Singapore has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

(C) General

1. The Contest commences on 23 January 2022, 12.00pm and ends on 30 January, 11.59pm (“Contest Period”).

2. The Big Picture runs from 7am-11pm daily.

3. The roaring tiger can be seen approximately every 5 minutes.

4. The shortlisted winners will be notified via Instagram (Direct Message) and will be given further instructions on how to collect their prize by 31 January 2022. Failure to collect the prize by 14 February 2022 will result in forfeit of the prize.

5. Each participant is only entitled to one chance to win the prize.

6. Repeated entries will not be eligible to win.

7. Suntec Singapore’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

8. The prizes are non-transferrable, and no cash alternative will be offered.-

(D) Terms & Conditions

1. Suntec Singapore may without notice or liability to any party: (i) Vary these Terms & Conditions or discontinue the contest; or (ii) Substitute, withdraw or cancel any Prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.

2. The decision of Suntec Singapore on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. By participating in the contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Suntec Singapore from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following: i. The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Prize or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the contest; or ii. The participation in the contest, or any Prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.

4. By opening an Instagram Account and using any services, products or features of Instagram for the purposes of the contest (including without limitation, uploading any materials onto these platforms), each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by these platforms, and Suntec Singapore shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage. Comments, photos, and video responses posted to Suntec Singapore are also subject to the terms of use of these platforms. Your comments are public and available to anyone visiting these platforms.

5. Inappropriate comments/posts will be immediately removed at the discretion of Suntec Singapore.

6. Suntec Singapore will fully cooperate with any law enforcement and government authorities and any judicial or regulatory orders requesting copies of or information in relation to any postings or content.

7. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Suntec Singapore and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the Winner’s name, and/or likeness and their winning entries without additional compensation for purposes relating to and arising out of the Contest unless prohibited by law.

8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Suntec Singapore.

9. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
