MANAGER - eXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT
A client-facing role that requires the candidate to be the key point of contact for our clients. The candidate will plan, manage, enhance and optimise the client’s experience in the Centre. Delivery of the Suntec Seamless Customised Experience is the key objective. This position is required to perform mid-night shift as part of the roster.
manager - Corporate sales
Responsible for selling the Suntec Experience to Corporate clients, the candidate shall focus on growing our client base; forging long-term relationships while maximising the corporate sales revenue. Besides excellent people and communication skills, you will also need strong planning and time management capabilities.
Manager - Banquet Operations
Manage all aspects of banqueting and ensure smooth running of the F&B service experience at the venue. You will lead and coach the banquet team to deliver service excellence, ensuring the highest standards of customer care at all times.
You must be strong in planning and organisational skills with the ability to work at your own initiative and within a team. You must also be flexible to meet the evolving demands and needs with the enthusiasm to learn and deliver results within a short period of time.
Together with the team, you shall handle the full spectrum of design work including but not limited to motion, interactive and graphic design. You shall conceptualise, design and deliver the artwork based on the requirements given. You must be strong in Visual Design and Print Media Graphics, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. You must demonstrate the ability to execute design work within a tight timeline.
Resource Planning Executive
Working closely with the HR Manager, you are responsible for driving workforce planning through effective rostering, managing overtime and casual labour grids. You shall ensure efficient, timely and accurate delivery of manpower planning, requisition and fulfilment so that there will be adequate resources to deliver quality services for our customers.
You must be flexible, strong in planning with the ability to work independently, multi-task and deliver under pressure. You must be highly proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel. Total discretion and confidentiality is expected for this position.
Technician - Audio Visual Services
You shall support and maintain in-house audio visual equipment. You are also the in-charge for electrical work for events at Level 3. You will operate and maintain equipment used to amplify record and display sound and images at events.
You will be the first line of defence if there is any assistance required by the client pertaining to this aspect of technology. You shall troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training and assistance where required.
