MANAGER - eXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT
A client-facing role that requires the candidate to be the key point of contact for our clients. The candidate will plan, manage, enhance and optimise the client’s experience in the Centre. Delivery of the Suntec Seamless Customised Experience is the key objective. This position is required to perform mid-night shift as part of the roster.
manager - Corporate sales
Responsible for selling the Suntec Experience to Corporate clients, the candidate shall focus on growing our client base; forging long-term relationships while maximising the corporate sales revenue. Besides excellent people and communication skills, you will also need strong planning and time management capabilities.
Manager - Banquet Operations
Manage all aspects of banqueting and ensure smooth running of the F&B service experience at the venue. You will lead and coach the banquet team to deliver service excellence, ensuring the highest standards of customer care at all times.
You must be strong in planning and organisational skills with the ability to work at your own initiative and within a team. You must also be flexible to meet the evolving demands and needs with the enthusiasm to learn and deliver results within a short period of time.
Quality Control Supervisor
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, you will ensure that Suntec Singapore meets the expectations of the brand in terms of client/guest satisfaction and standards at both the Front/Back of House. You shall maintain procedures to assure 100% quality management and compliance.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checks on the facility and its safety and security, while ensuring exemplary customer service levels in the venue.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will provide administrative support such as preparing and writing business cases, tender scope and documentation, Operations and Management presentations and data analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills are a plus as you will be required to speak to internal departments and external suppliers to conduct research and collate information.
