Not only will Southeast Asia’s largest gathering of sakes and Japanese liquors return with over 450 different labels available for tasting, you can also quell your hunger pangs on authentic Japanese dishes cooked up on the spot by well-known Japanese restaurants in Singapore.
The offering of sakes include those from rare and hard-to-find small-batch producers as well as from well-known modern breweries. You will be spoilt for choice on the variety of styles and expressions of sakes available.
