Suntec Singapore unveils Essential Virtual Assistant (EVA), a knowledge-based online platform for customers

16 July 2019 — Leading meetings and conference centre, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre (Suntec Singapore) is launching its Essential Virtual Assistant (EVA) on 6 August 2019. EVA is a knowledge-based online platform where customers can find all relevant information about Suntec Singapore.

Instead of emailing or calling Suntec Singapore’s staff, customers can choose to query EVA anytime and anywhere. After undergoing a year of training with her mentors at Suntec Singapore, EVA will be ready to answer all questions at SuntecSingapore.com next month.

“This is the EVA-lution of venue services,” said Suntec Singapore CEO Arun Madhok. “Through EVA, our customers and visitors can find all the necessary information about our Centre. Event organisers, for example, can ask her about services and products, access forms and permits and get information on processes and procedures. So, if you have a question for us, just ask EVA!”

As EVA loves to learn new things, she is scheduled to attend more trainings at the Centre. Today, EVA accepts queries that are typed into a search bar. Eventually, she will upgrade her skills and become a chatbot, as well as acquire artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Our customers can speak with EVA by clicking here. As she is password protected, those who wish to meet her will have to email sales@suntecsingapore.com and request for the login details.
