The System and Network Administration personnel is responsible for effective provisioning of systems hardware, software, network infrastructure and security support. This individual will also participate in technical research to enable continuing innovation within the business objectives.

Required Experience and Skills:

•  Graduate of B.Eng in. Comp/Elect Engineering or B. Sc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
•  At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in the administration and development capacity in system, network and desktop support.
•  MCSE, MCDBA, CCNA, CCNA or Cisco demonstrated networking knowledge is preferred. ITIL awareness is preferred.
•  Have infrastructure management and/or delivery experience (Network/Systems/Server/ Datacenter).
•  Familiar with network infrastructure setup, such as WLAN and Wireless.
•  Experience in managing data centres.
•  Knowledge in planning and implementing system security policy, to include firewalls, DNS, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts. Knowledge of standard backup and recovery of infrastructures.
•  Ability to troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems.
•  Good communication skills at all level and good written English skills.
•  Good customer servicing and support skills.
•  Have a can-do attitude and a good team player. Strong analytic skills and problem solving skills. Task oriented, self-initiated and objective driven.
•  Position will have in-depth field / technical expertise and will be responsible for providing technical support for servers, systems, network and security administration. Proficient and have a demonstrated background in several of the following areas such as Operating System (Wintel and Linux) support and administration, active directory management, MS Exchange, remote access, network infrastructure support, server clustering, virtualization, SAN management, hardware/software setup and installation, internet and security protocols and wireless technologies.
•  Experience preferred in the configuration, troubleshooting and management of communication protocols, peripherals, network equipments, WLAN, VLAN Wireless Infrastructure and network user account access. Experience in operating both Cisco and Juniper network equipments.
•  This position will interact directly with internal and external customers to ensure timely user support and customer satisfaction. He/She must have the Ability to identify and quickly resolve problems impacting the customer.
•  Participate in real-time data analysis and evaluation of field implementation requirements for system and network deployment and recommend modifications or program enhancements to eliminate design anomalies or to improve performance. Must work well within the team to help trouble shoot on daily operation issue.
•  Must adopt a resourceful approach and good problem solving acumen when handling problem issue.

This individual will be responsible in servers, system, application and software support. He/she will also assist in the evaluation of business technology initiatives to move the company forward.

Required Experience and Skills:

•  Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in software and application management.
•  Expertise in Web Technologies, Frameworks and Architectures, such as ASP.Net, Java, XML, eCommerce, Cloud Computing, SAAS, etc
•  Hands on experience in systems, servers and desktop administration on Wintel and Linux platform. Knowledge in Windows 2003/2008 server, Active Directory, SQL Server, IIS.
•  Have infrastructure management and/or delivery experience (Network/Systems/Server/ Datacenter).
•  Hands on experience with Database Administration and SQL.
•  Possess good communication (Good command of spoken and written English), interpersonal and project management skills.
•  Ability to work independently as well as good team player who is proactive, committed, independent and has a strong sense of initiative.
•  Ability and motivated to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance.
•  Excellent problem solving, logical reasoning, planning, multi-tasking and time management skills with strong attention to details.
•  Certifications in MCSD or equivalent, ITIL, CITPM or PMP will be well regarded.
